Pack Your Items
Carefully place your unlit candle in its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and secure it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
