How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, used candles and opened bedding cannot be returned.
Are your candles made from sustainable materials?
Yes, all of our candles are hand-poured using a premium soy wax blend, lead-free cotton wicks, and high-quality fragrance oils for a clean, long-lasting burn.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more countries soon.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer support team.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and email it to our support team within 48 hours for a free replacement.
